- Alberto Carroggio de Molina nace en Barcelona en el verano de 1946. - Estudia el bachillerato en los Jesuitas de  Sarriá. - A los diez y ocho años se matricula en la Academia Baixas de Barcelona. - Doctorado por la Universidad de Barcelona, es profesor de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Barcelona. - Ha realizado numerosas exposiciones en Barcelona, Madrid, Lisboa, Vitoria, etc. - Pintor figurativo y enmarcado en el ámbito de la pintura realista, considera que su verdadero maestro es el natural, de él obtiene el método y el motivo de su trabajo. El mismo valor artístico puede tener un paisaje, un retrato, un desnudo o un bodegón. El tema del cuadro no tiene demasiada importancia, el merito en la pintura está en  definir la realidad visual y cómo trasladarla a la tela.

- Alberto Carroggio de Molina was born in Barcelona in the summer of 1946. - He undertook his senior studies at the Jesuit Academic Institution in Sarrià. - At the age of 18 he enrolled in the Baixas Academy in Barcelona. - He earned his doctorate at the University of Barcelona, where he lectures at the Faculty of Fine Arts. - His work has been exhibited many times in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Vitoria, among other cities. - As a figurative artist classified in the field of realism, he thinks that life painting has actually taught him to paint, giving him both the method and the motif for his work. A landscape, a portrait, a nude or a still life may hold the same artistic value. The subject of a painting is not so important; worthiness in painting is the ability to define the visual reality and to transfer it onto the canvas.
